In Reference to the Book


If you're considering getting healthy and happy, the first step is to read the book by Jack Kunkel and Dom Manfredo, It's Fat Loss Not Weight Loss.

I read the book in it's entirety while flying from NY to FL. It's a super easy read and very easy to understand.

With that being said, I talked a lot about numbers on the scale in my #Before #TheRevolution story.

Numbers on the scale are NOT what it's all about though.

It should be more about the way you look, the way you feel, and essentially, your body fat percentage.

They have all sorts of tools that will tell you your body fat percentage. I remember I even had a scale at one time that would tell you your body fat percentage just from scanning your feet! I don't have that scale anymore.

I find my percentage by using the weight from the scale and some simple measurements; in conjunct with googling "body fat percentage calculator".
